Terms of service

The service

Distilry reads customer reviews that you provide or connect, analyses them, and produces reports. Features and limits depend on your plan, as shown on the pricing and billing pages.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity in your account.

Your data

You keep ownership of the reviews you upload or connect and the reports you create. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service to you, as described in our privacy policy.

Only upload or connect review data you are allowed to use, such as reviews from your own store.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Distilry to break the law or anyone else’s rights.
• Do not try to access other customers’ data or disrupt the service.
• Do not resell access to Distilry unless your plan allows it, such as white-label reports on the Agency plan.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. Monthly plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel from your billing page at any time; access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

Reports and accuracy

Reports are produced with the help of AI from the reviews you provide. We work to make every finding accurate and backed by real reviews, but reports can contain mistakes. Check important findings against the quoted reviews before acting on them.

Availability

We aim to keep Distilry available and working, but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features over time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Distilry is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Ending your use

You can stop using Distilry and close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. When an account is closed, its data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
